The most important thing for our customers is that their shipment be delivered when they want it done. To that end we can automatically provide confirmation of delivery including pertinent details of the order to you either through fax or e-mail. As soon as our driver enters the POD into his data terminal, our server will automatically notify you. If you need more information, or want a central data store to collect your account information we can provide you with E-Trac, our online tracking solution. As the status of your order changes from pick up to delivery and final POD your account will collect the information and be available to you, whenever you want, sortable by date, reference number or order number.
