QUALITY WORKS!


At DEC we are committed to continuous improvement. Not just the concept, the actual practice of it. We are not perfect but we sure want to be. To that end we developed our formal quality system to help us in that goal. We didn't stop at that, but submitted our system to inspection under the ISO 9000 protocol and earned certification to ISO 9001 standard in April of 1997. In fact, DEC was the first sameday courier in North America to achieve that standard. We believe that the total commitment to quality will benefit our customers by giving you the assurance that we monitor our systems and procedures and are constantly striving for better ways. We submit to semi annual audits by outside auditors to ensure on going compliance and our in house Quality & Compliance office ensures we stay focused. Below is our quality policy, our manuals are always available for inspection and we welcome you to visit us to review.
