Our Imaging system allows us to scan and record a true image all of the documentation associated with deliveries and retain it in a digital form. All of the documents are linked using the order number to make retrieval easy. Unfortunately the paperless workplace has only worked out to "less paper" for most of us, but we can help clear your desk. Any of our Customer Service Representatives can instantly retrieve your backup while you are on the phone and fax it to your office or email it to your desk. We record Probills, Airbills, Customs Clearances, you name it. If it was part of the order, we have it.
