Our invoice process can be customized to suit your needs. Our standard invoice is a Laser printed document that includes all the information about your orders from Caller to pick up time to delivery time and signature. We have all the info on the invoice so that we don't bury you in paper backup. Most of our customers find they prefer we keep the backup documentation and they contact us when the odd occasion arises that they require it from our Imaging Server. Reference numbers are recorded and our charges are broken out so that you can see exactly what you are paying for. We will sort your invoice in any way you want, whether it be by reference number, department number, caller, whatever. Our goal is to make our billing process fit your system. We can also provide you with a complete analysis of your account activity whenever you require it that will let you monitor type of usage, personnel usage, frequency and cost. There is no charge for this service.
